Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of the date your order was shipped. This guarantee applies whether the product is unopened, partially used, or fully used. We simply ask that you return any remaining portion so we can close out the order.

The guarantee applies to purchases made directly through our official websites only. It does not cover products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces.

How to Request a Refund

To start a return, email us at support@youthfulme.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

Please do not send products back to us before receiving an RMA. Packages received without an RMA may be delayed or returned to sender.

What We Refund

If you invoke our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, we will refund every penny you paid us for that order, including the product price, sales tax, and original shipping. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds apply only to purchases made directly through our official websites and do not cover products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces.

Refund Timing

Once we receive your return at our fulfillment center, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@youthfulme.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Subscription Orders

If you purchase through a subscription plan, each individual shipment is covered by the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee starting from its own shipment date. You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or by emailing support@youthfulme.com. Order Changes and Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us at support@youthfulme.com as soon as possible. We can only make changes before an order has entered processing. Once an order is being processed or has shipped, please use the return process above.

Final Sale Items

From time to time, we may offer items marked as “Final Sale” (for example, clearance items or limited-edition bundles). Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund, and this will be clearly shown on the product page and at checkout.

Policy Integrity

To keep our guarantee working for the customers it’s meant to help, we reserve the right to decline a refund, decline future orders, or limit the use of our money-back guarantee where we reasonably believe a customer has misused the policy (for example, repeat returns of the same product across multiple orders or accounts, or returns involving fraudulent payment information).
